AutoPilot is Clover Leaf’s patented task and workflow management system. We developed this software system to be operated completely from your email (Microsoft Outlook, Live Mail, Gmail, Thunderbird, or any other email program) or the web. The system allows you to reach out to people across your entire organization or to outside suppliers, and track task completion performance. And for recipients, there’s no computer software to install or learn – if people know how to use email, they can use AutoPilot! Originally the software was created to assist Kirtland Air Force Base (AFB) in managing hundreds of essential tasks for the Bioenvironmental Engineering (BEE) Shop, but it soon became apparent that our software could be utilized for many applications, from human resources to manufacturing. Although it’s simple to use, AutoPilot is build on a powerful platform. It offers customizable features, as well as a dashboard filled with useful reports for your organization.
Our patented @Pay system is a cloud-based email payment platform that allows customers to make secure purchases using two clicks from email. The Clover Leaf team successfully migrated the @Pay flagship email and API based payment system onto Amazon’s cloud computing platform, Amazon Web Services (AWS). Clover Leaf established @Pay as a second, separate company to specialize in emerging payment systems based on this technology.

Environmental Management System (EMS)/ENVIANCE
Clover Leaf Solutions provides comprehensive consulting to design and configure cloud-based solutions for managing permits and reports, tracking data, and providing high-level program management dashboards and reviews using the Enviance system. Our personnel are experts in solution architecture and implementation and various approaches to manage and integrate data with other enterprise systems. Our IT Quality Assurance Approach
At Clover Leaf, we have developed a Quality Assurance (QA) process that addresses multiple goals – economic benefits, time-sensitivity, and a reliable end product. Software development QA ensures that the right tools, processes, and skilled people are in place from the beginning and throughout the development of an IT project. In all phases of the software lifecycle, our QA Engineers build in steps to prevent defects or to identify and fix them early in the process, thereby lowering costs.
