Scrum method of project management to both management and developers. The scrum method makes the development process more transparent for all project stakeholders, and allows for flexibility and rapid response to stakeholder requirements.
Source Control Management (SCM) for code control to store code and keep historical information about who performed specific tasks and when they were performed (includes tracking to ensure that staff are prepared and qualified to work in the system).
Git Version Control to manage the code base.
Automated testing via Selenium IDE for user interface and functional testing and the Selenium WebDriver for automated scripting of UI and functional testing and Microsoft's Unit Testing Framework for unit testing.
